14-day returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, underwear can only be returned if it is unopened, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
How to start a return
Email sales@tinytechhou.com with your order number and reason. We’ll send return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll approve your refund and issue it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges & wrong/faulty items
Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order. If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
